Itineraries: Itineraries and tour content are based on tours featured in 2009 brochure. However, items such as, but not limited to, hotels, meals, sightseeing inclusions, tour itineraries, transfers and transportation, are all subject to change. The exact final composition of your tour will be released in October 2009.
Prices: Prices are not final and are subject to change. The cost of your tour will be confirmed in Trafalgar’s 2010 Europe and Britain and Costsaver brochures, due to be released in October 2009. However once you have paid your deposits, as detailed below , your total tour price will be guaranteed. Any applicable discounts can only be applied to the land portion of the tour.
Deposits: For bookings made prior to 30 September 2009 an initial non refundable deposit of $ 250 is required , followed by a further payment of $1000 by the 30th September. For bookings made after 1st October 2009 , a non refundable deposit of $1250 is required. Final tour payment must be completed 90 days prior to departure. Any bookings made less than 90 days before departure require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made prior to September 30th 2009 $ 225 per person; for cancellations made from October 1st 2009 to January 31 2010 $ 500 per person; for cancellations made after February 1st 2010 and more than 90 days prior to departure 100% of the deposits paid, between 89 to 60 days prior to departure 80% of the total tour price and from 59 days to actual day of departure 100% of the total tour price.
