The Trafalgar Travel Club
Each year, over 50% of our passengers have previously experienced the magic and excitement of a Trafalgar holiday.
To express our gratitude, we extend membership into the Trafalgar Travel Club to all clients who have travelled with us, as well as a valuable credit worth 5% off the LAND-only portion of the next Trafalgar trip of your choice. You will need to travel within the next two years. So act NOW and take full advantage of this great offer!
Important: Trafalgar's Travel Club is not available retroactively. Only one credit is available per person per year, and only one credit can be redeemed against each further tour booking. The Trafalgar Travel Club discount does not apply to our City Breaks and extra night accommodation.
Travel with Family and Friends and save money
5 or more – Save 5%: If a group of 5-8 people travels together, a discount of 5% per person applies to the LAND-only portion of your tour. So it pays to get together with your family and friends!
9 or more: If 9 or more people travel together, we offer attractive group discounts based on how many people travel. In a group of 9 passengers, 1 traveller qualifies for a 50% discount off the LAND-only portion of the tour. In a group of 16 passengers, 1 traveller qualifies for 100% discount off the LAND-only portion of the tour.
Important: Space is limited to one group per motorcoach. These discounts are not combinable with our Travel Club Discount, any other rooming, young traveller or triple room discounts, and do not apply to our City Breaks, Greek Tours with Mediterranean cruises, Egypt, Israel, and extra night accommodation. All travelling passengers’ names must be advised to Trafalgar at the time of booking in order to qualify.
Young Traveller (5-17) Save 10%
Share your holiday with your family
Share your holiday memories with your family and take advantage of a discount on the LAND-only portion of your tour. Young travellers must be under the age of 18 years on the tour departure date, and MUST be accompanied by an adult (limit of one young traveller per room).
Important: Children under 5 years old are NOT accepted on any escorted tour. The young traveller must be the specified age at the time of travel to be eligible for this discount. This discount cannot be combined with our Travel with Friends Discount, and is limited to one young traveller discount per room. It also does not apply to our City Breaks, tours with Mediterranean cruises, Egypt, Israel, and extra night accommodation.

...when you book a second Trafalgar Tour
Book two Trafalgar holiday, each 7 days or longer for a reduction of 5% off the LAND-only portion of the tour with the shortest duration. Take three tours and save on two! Just ask your Travel Agent for suggestions on your perfect tour combination. There are too many to list here!
Important: Tours are combinable with second and subsequent additional tours. Tours must be booked at the same time. The discount is per person only and does not apply to City Breaks, Greek tours with Mediterranean cruises, Egypt, Israel and extra night accommodation.
Three Isn't a crowd!
...with Trafalgar's triple room reduction
Travel with three people sharing one room and each of you will receive a discount off the LAND-only portion of your tour price. Each itinerary lists the triple room reduction per person. Refer to the tour of your choice.
Important: Triple room discounts are based on sharing a twin-bedded room with an extra bed which may be a ‘rollaway’. This discount only applies to itineraries featuring the Triple Room Discount offer.
Share a room and Save
A great idea for single travellers
When travelling alone, we understand that some clients do not want to incur the expense of an additional single room supplement. With this in mind, on the majority of our itineraries, Trafalgar offers you the opportunity to purchase these tours on a room-sharing basis. We will accommodate you with a fellow passenger of the same gender on a ‘two-bedded’ basis (non-smoking rooms only). Please note that, regrettably, we cannot guarantee that roommates will be of a similar age group. Even so, it is an enjoyable way to travel and get to make new friends, and a positive way to stretch your holiday budget. If we fail to match you, we will provide a single room at no extra cost.
Important: This service does not apply to our City Breaks, Greek Island Hopper and Best of Greece tours, Greek tours with Mediterranean cruises, train tours, Egypt, Israel and extra night accommodation.
Save on our family experience
There are big savings when you travel as a family with Trafalgar and join one of our 3 new Family Experiences (look out for tours with our above Family Experience symbol). When a child 14 years and under shares either a triple or quad room with 2 adults, you can save up to 40% on the adult price. With 2 children 14 years or under sharing a quad with 2 adults, you save up to 40% on the price you will pay for both children. Where the child is between 15-17 years and travelling on one of our Family Experiences, there are also attractive savings which are shown on your chosen itinerary page.
