AAA Exclusive Member Benefits with Trafalgar Tours
As a valued member, AAA provides exclusive benefits when you make your Trafalgar Tour vacation reservations through any AAA Travel office, on-line at AAA.com or by calling your local AAA Travel consultant.
Each person traveling on your Trafalgar reservation will receive his or her choice of one of the benefits described below, designed to make your vacation experience just that much more enjoyable. This benefit (with the exception of the $40 excursion voucher) applies to every Trafalgar tour in any of our world-wide destinations and is available exclusively through AAA Travel.
Please advise your AAA travel consultant of your choice at the time of your reservation or anytime up until you make final payment on your Trafalgar tour. No changes can be accepted after final payment.
After final payment, approximately three to four weeks prior to your departure, your travel counselor will receive a package from Trafalgar containing all of the documents pertaining to your trip, including a voucher for each passenger in your party identifying the AAA Member Benefit that the passenger has selected.
The Member Benefit Voucher will provide you with the necessary information to redeem the voucher for your chosen benefit. You will be directed to this web page to complete the redemption instructions for both the phone and the parking benefit. Upon completion of your application (mobile phone) or reservation parking), you will receive a written confirmation and any pertinent documentation to present to the Member Benefit provider.
Please see below for a description of each option and redemption procedures.
Option I - $40 Credit for Optional Excursion
This Member Benefit provides a voucher for $40 credit towards the purchase of an optional excursion while on your Trafalgar tour. You make your reservation for the excursion of your choice and redeem the voucher with the Tour Director for full or partial payment of the excursion, depending upon the price. No change will be given, and there is no cash value for the unused voucher. This option must be requested by your AAA Travel Agent, and so noted in your reservation prior to final payment. The applicable voucher will then be included in your Trafalgar Travel Documents.
Note: For travel in 2009 the $40 credit is not applicable for tours to Israel, Turkey, River Cruises, China, Europe City Breaks, Mexico, Alaska, New Zealand, Australia Mini-Stay's, South America and Custom Groups.
Option II – Three (3) week rental of a Global Mobile Phone provided by PlanetFone

PlanetFone Benefit Redemption
To order your PlanetFone global mobile phone you will need to provide:
- Trafalgar Booking Confirmation Number, found on the Member Benefit Voucher included in your Trafalgar Travel Documents kit. (Your travel documents will be shipped to your AAA Travel Counselor approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to your departure and after you have made your final payment.)
- Your name as it appears on your Trafalgar Travel Documents and Invoice. (This should also be the name as it appears on your passport. If it is not, please advise your AAA travel counselor immediately.)
- Address where PlanetFone will ship your mobile phone via standard shipping at no cost with at least 4 days notice. (Expedited delivery will be additional and your responsibility.)
- Valid credit card. Upon receipt of your order, PlanetFone will authorize your credit card in the amount of $300. This process does not remove any funds from your credit card account; it is used only to verify your address and credit card information. The hold placed on that amount will be from 24 hours to a maximum of five days. Airtime charges (above the $5 initial credit), rental and insurance fees beyond the 3 week benefit period are your responsibility and will be charged to this card.
- Email address for confirmation. (This may be the passenger’s email or your AAA Travel Counselor’s email address.) Your new global mobile phone number and shipping information will be sent to this email address.

Option III – Five (5) free days
of parking at any Park 'N Fly

Park ‘N Fly Benefit Redemption
To receive your Park ‘N Fly credit of 5 free days you must reserve your airport parking at least 3 days prior to your departure. Please provide the following:
- Trafalgar Booking Confirmation
Number, found on the Member Benefit Voucher included in your Trafalgar
Travel Documents kit. (Your travel documents will be shipped to your AAA
Travel Counselor approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to your departure and
after you have made your final payment.)
- Your name as it appears
on your Trafalgar Travel Documents and Invoice. (This should also be the
name as it appears on your passport. If it is not, please advise
your AAA travel counselor immediately.)
- Airport from which
you will be departing the US.
- Email address for confirmation.
(This may be the passenger’s email or your AAA Travel Counselor’s email
address).
Please Note:
- Any parking fee above the five-day credit will be your responsibility to be paid upon exiting the parking facility. This rate will be the lot’s posted daily rate.
- Two passengers traveling on the same Trafalgar reservation with the same booking number may each request the Park ‘N Fly member benefit and may combine their 5 day credit for a maximum of ten (10) free days of parking.

You will receive a confirmation of your parking reservation via email. This confirmation will include the parking facility address and a credit voucher to be presented upon departing the parking facility when you return from your Trafalgar Tour.
AAA Member Benefit Terms and Conditions
- After final payment of the Trafalgar Tour, no changes will be accepted to the benefit choice.
- Confirmation is subject to verification of your Trafalgar reservation with AAA Travel and payment in full of your Trafalgar Tour.
- Benefit has no cash value and no refund will be given for any unused AAA member benefit or portion thereof. No substitutions available.
- Trafalgar Tours and AAA Travel may not be held liable for incomplete redemption of the AAA Member Benefit if all of the above instructions and procedures are not followed. If you do not receive a written confirmation of your Member Benefit redemption request please advise your AAA Travel Counselor immediately. No credit will be offered after travel for non-receipt.
- Fees, taxes, gratuities or other expenses not described above as included in your AAA Member Benefit are the passenger’s responsibility.
- Only one Member
Benefit is allowed per passenger. If more than one benefit is redeemed,
the passenger is liable for the full value of the benefit redeemed. Exception: When more than one tour is made in the same booking, the 2nd or subsequent tours will receive the $40 excursion voucher (where applicable).
- Benefits may not be combined by passengers within the same reservation unless specifically defined in the instructions above.
