During September, it's Trafalgar month at AAA! We've launched a consumer promotion - "September Celebration Sweepstakes." We'll award one lucky member with their dream vacation for two on one of Trafalgar's expertly designed travel experiences. All they have to do to be entered is call or visit their nearest AAA office and request a Vacation Starter Kit.

For every booking you make by October 31, 2009 from a member who filled-out an entry form from the September Celebration Sweepstakes, you'll automatically be entered for the chance to win a Trafalgar trip to Europe yourself!

Entering the September Celebration Sweepstakes is easy for you and your client. Follow these four simple steps:

1. Fulfill a request for a Trafalgar Vacation Starter Kit from members who call or visit. Whether they're interested in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South America you know the benefits of traveling with Trafalgar so give them the scoop too!

2.
Your member can enter the sweepstake by either mailing or faxing the entry card in the Vacation Starter Kit or they can enter online at www.trafalgartours.com/AAAentries

3. Follow-up with your prospects within a few days. To determine their interest level and booking potential we suggest that you ask them a few qualifying questions.
A. Have you traveled to the destination before?
B. How long have you been planning?
C. What research have you done?
D. What was your favorite vacation and why?

4. Once your member makes a new booking by October 31, 2009, you'll be automatically entered into our AAA Travel Agent drawing!
