How to Enter: Beginning September 1, 2009 and concluding September 30, 2009, AAA client prospects will request a Trafalgar Vacation Starter Kit. The AAA Travel Agent or member is responsible for entering the sweepstake by mailing or faxing the entry form or log onto www.trafalgartours.com/AAAentries to enter. After the member is entered into the consumer sweepstake and then if the AAA Travel Agent books the member on any new Trafalgar vacation between September 1, 2009 and October 30, 2009, then the AAA Travel Agent will automatically be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a Trafalgar vacation with a "Be My Guest" feature for two land only. Limit one (1) entry per booking. Multiple bookings equal additional entries. A random drawing will be conducted by Trafalgar Tours from among all eligible entries received on or about November 13, 2009.

• Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of a Trafalgar tour with a "Be My Guest" feature for the winner and a companion (up to a $2,500 per person credit for the land portion; if cost of tour is less than the per person credit will not be refund; if the cost of the tour is more than the per person credit the AAA Travel Agent will be fully responsible for the extra cost; airfare for winner and companion is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner). Prize includes hotel accommodations, some meals, transportation on tour and the services of one of Trafalgar's top professional Tour Directors on your tour. The winner is responsible for payment of the land and airfare portions if over the allotted per person credit as indicated above, in addition to all other travel to and from point of departure. Charges for items of a personal nature, including, but not limited to gratuities, discretionary hotel and dining charges, phone calls, optional excursions, gift shop purchases, spas, some beverages, meals in alternate dining venues, travel insurance, etc., are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Winner will be notified by Trafalgar Tours and asked to choose his/her preferred travel dates from a list compiled by Trafalgar Tours who will select travel dates for winner from winner's preferences at its sole discretion. Winner must be 21 years or older at time of entry. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, may not be sold, combined with any other offer or redeemed for cash. All travel is subject to space availability. Blackout dates including holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) and other restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest must travel together and travel must have commenced by April 30, 2010. Winner and his/her guest are required to obtain all requisite travel documents such as visa and/or passport. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible participants. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

• Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal United States residents within the 50 states and the District of Columbia with a valid non-P.O. Box mailing address, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Trafalgar Tours and its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies; and any other company involved in the design, execution or production of the campaign, immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and their spouses) of any of the foregoing and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win this prize.

• General: Potential winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release to receive the prize. The guest of the winner will be required to sign a Travel Liability Release. These materials must be returned within fourteen (14) days of first attempted notification. Failure to return such materials within the allotted time will ultimately lead to forfeiture of prize. Winner will be issued an Internal Revenue Form #1099 to report the aforementioned prize value at approximately $5,000 (or as determined by final tour cost) as earned income for 2010. Promotion void where prohibited by law. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, may not be sold, combined with any other offer, or redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prize, Trafalgar Tours reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All entries become the property of Trafalgar Tours and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all matters relating to the prize.

By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. As a condition of winning this prize, winner agrees to release Trafalgar Tours and its parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, and distributors from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of property which may be sustained in connection with participating in the campaign, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
