Online Initiatives for homebased Agents
I. Travel Agent Site Membership
In order to access Trafalgar’s dedicated Travel Agent section with Trafalgar, each Home-based Agent must register at www.trafalgar.com/USA/Travel_Agents/Welcome. The account activation process takes 1 business day from the time of registration.
II. Booking Options
The Booking Options section of the Travel Agent site lists other helpful information about booking with Trafalgar including:
• ClientBase LiveConnect – instructions for LiveConnect customers
• Booking a Group
• Guaranteed Departures –updated list of all Trafalgar Guaranteed Departures
III. eLearning Training
Our fun and informative eLearning modules provide the best way for your Home-based Agents to learn the benefits of selling Escorted Tours with Trafalgar. Please note that Home-based Agents must register with Trafalgar in the Travel Agent section of our site to get credit and a certificate of completion from Trafalgar.

IV. Online Training
If you would also like to have online training via GoTo Meeting (similar to Webex), this will be conducted by your dedicated Business Development Manager.
V. Order Brochures
Agents can order brochures from the Travel Agent website at: www.trafalgar.com/USA/Travel_Agents/Brochure_Request. The first time you log on, you will need to enter in your agency information and answer a short questionnaire.
