How do I submit a review of my holiday? You will need to be a Community member to be able to submit a review (see How do I register and activate a Community account?). Log in to your Community account and search for your trip using the Search feature. On the itinerary page, click the 'Reviews' tab and then 'Write a review.' You can give your trip an overall star rating and provide your review in the field box below.Click 'Submit' and your review will be sent to the Community moderators for checking, and then will be published within the next two working days. Please note, reviews are only moderated to ensure they do not contravene the Community guidelines, irrespective of their content. I've submitted a review but it's not on the site. Why is that? After you submit a Review, we will assess it to be sure it does not contravene the Community guidelines and notify you via email shortly thereafter whether it has been authorised and posted to the site. Why wasn't my review posted to the site? We post Reviews to our site at our own discretion. If your review has not been posted to the site and you would like to discuss it further, please private message the Web Editor. My Trip Review was not posted to the site. Can I submit another review? Yes, you may submit another review of your trip. Where can I read Trip Reviews? To read a review of any trip, click the 'Reviews' tab in your chosen itinerary. If the trip has been reviewed by other guests, you will then see their ratings and reviews.
