ARRIVE MUNICH
Welcome to Munich and your Grand Alpine Experience! After check-in, relax and unwind before enjoying an orientation of the city with your Travel Director. Your orientation includes views such as the Glockenspiel and Marienplatz. Later, meet your Travel Director and get to know your fellow travellers at a Welcome Reception.

Day 2
MUNICH - SALZBURG - WATTENS - INNSBRUCK (2 NIGHTS)
Arrive in Salzburg and with your Local Guide see Salzburg Cathedral, the Getreidegasse and Mozart's birthplace as well as many locations used in the film The Sound of Music. Later cross into the Tyrol region and visit the Swarovski Kristallwelten to see the world famous crystal transformed to sculptures, jewellery and even a forest! Later arrive in Innsbruck where you will enjoy a Be My Guest dining experience.

Day 3
INNSBRUCK SIGHTSEEING AND FREE TIME
On your orientation tour, see St Jakobs Cathedral, the Hofburg and the Golden Roof. Travel to the impressive location of the Olympic Ski Jump which was redesigned and completed in 2002 by world renouned architect Zaha Hadid.Enjoy free time to explore this charming city and sample traditional food and drink such as Strudel or Schnapps.
Day 4
INNSBRUCK - CORTINA D'AMPEZZO (2 NIGHTS)
Your drive this morning is over the Brenner Pass, a historic route that connects the mountainous regions of Austria and Italy. Travel through the Dolomite mountain range, a dedicated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in Cortina D’Ampezzo which was host to the 1956 Winter Olympics.

Day 5
CORTINA D'AMPEZZO FREE TIME
Today is dedicated to this beautiful unspoilt area of Italy. Green pastures, snow-capped mountains, wooden chalets and picture perfect alpine scenery will ensure a relaxing day to do as you please.
Day 6
CORTINA D'AMPEZZO - BOLZANO - BERNINA EXPRESS - ST. MORITZ (2 NIGHTS)
Head through valleys and over mountain passes as you make your way through the Italian Tyrol to Bolzano. Stroll through the town’s squares or shop in the arcades. Continue your journey across the Swiss border and enter the Upper Engadin valley. Stop in the town of Tirano where you will board the Bernina Express. The Bernina line is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site in recognition of the stunning beauty and incredible engineering that this century-old line displays. Soak in the breath-taking scenery en route to the resort town of St. Moritz, your home for the next two nights.

ST. MORITZ FREE TIME
Deep in the Engadin valley, the lakeside town of St Moritz has a vibrant lifestyle that attracts the rich and famous throughout the year. Explore the town at leisure with your complimentary Mountain Pass.
Day 8
ST. MORITZ - BELLINZONA - ZERMATT (2 NIGHTS)
Visit the town of Bellinzona and see the impressive city fortifications, which include three medieval castles. Pass the wine growing town of Visp and arrive in Zermatt, located in the shadow of the Matterhorn. Enjoy a traditional fondue for dinner at your hotel this evening.

ZERMATT FREE TIME
Spend your day relaxing in the beautiful town of Zermatt or take in panoramic views of the Swiss Alps from one of the many mountains that are easily accessible by chair lift, gondola or even train.
Day 10
ZERMATT - CHILLON - CHAMONIX (2 NIGHTS)
Visit Chillon Castle on the shore of Lake Geneva. With over 1000 years of history, the castle has inspired many artists and writers including Victor Hugo and Lord Byron. Cross the border into France and arrive at your hotel in Chamonix.

CHAMONIX FREE TIME
Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, Chamonix is dominated by the massive White Mountain – more famously known as Mont Blanc. Enjoy the café culture of this friendly town or venture by cable car to Aiguille du Midi for views of western Europe’s highest peak.
Day 12
CHAMONIX - BERN - ENGELBERG
Travel via Montreux, famed for its annual Jazz Festival and onto Bern, the Federal Capital of Switzerland. View the city and see the bear park, a modern park dedicated to the welfare of the bears which are the symbol of the city and who once existed in the wilds around this area. Arrive later in the town of Engelberg at the foot of Mount Titlis.

ENGELBERG - LUCERNE - ZURICH
This morning visit the breath-taking town of Lucerne. Visit the Lion Monument, commemorating the Swiss Guards who died defending Louis XVI. View the wooden Chapel Bridge and explore the medieval Old Town. This afternoon arrival in the financial capital, Zurich. Your orientation will include views of the Grossmünster and Fraumünster – famous for the stained glass windows by Marc Chagall. Tonight, celebrate with your travelling companions and Travel Director a Farewell Dinner.
