  • Description: This sample of everything Spanish reveals its best, and most debated, sides – from its cosmopolitan city life to its on-going passion for Pamplona’s Running of the Bulls. It’s Insider moments like… sipping sangria with the Martin family in the cool and shady courtyard of their hacienda, surrounded by acres of olive groves and orange orchards. Watching the process of olives being turned into oil – an essential of Mediterranean Spanish life. And sampling a selection of this golden elixir before sitting down to dine with your hosts under the Andalusian sky. There’s more Spanish cuisine among the throngs at the Boqueria Market in Barcelona, as you’re guided to the best stalls in this ancient trading place.
