We also see deserted islands, boats, birdlife and have a chance to breath in the local air and appreciate the area so loved by Beatrix Potter and William Wordsworth. A photographers' paradise.

  • CARDIFF

    • + CARDIFF CASTLE TOUR Take an 'insider' look at this unique Castle started by the Romans 2000 years ago where we have our own private tour. The refurbishments done in the 1800s have been described as outrageous to opulent, bogus to brilliant and some even say the architect, William Burgess smoked his opium pipe too much! His influences include Arab and Islamic art, Hans Christian Anderson's fairy tales and even Aesop's fables. In addition, we can walk on the battlements and climb the 1000 year old Norman keep for superb views over Cardiff.

  • DUBLIN

    • + GLENDALOUGH THE GLEN OF THE TWO LAKES This is one of the most important monastic sites in Europe dating back to the 7th century. This sacred site is famous for its tranquil beauty - set amidst the rolling countryside of County Wicklow, the garden of Ireland. Your local guide will enthrall you with tales of this beautiful place.

    • + DINNER AND CABARET Over an excellent dinner you'll enjoy a non-stop show featuring comedy, dance, song, music and fine food. Ireland's musical history unfolds in a cabaret that will delight you long after the night has ended. The cast will have you tapping your toes and joining in the fun, and it's all wrapped up in the spirit of Irish humour. We will even serve you an Irish Coffee at the end of dinner, it will put you in the mood for Ireland's best night out.

  • WATERFORD

    • + WATERFORD WALKING TOUR AND VISIT TO AN IRISH PUB Waterford history goes back to the Vikings and there is no better person to bring it to life than the local guide. More than a guide, he is a seanachie or storyteller, entertaining, informative and funny he will bring Waterford history live for you on this walking tour which finishes in an ancient pub. A drink is included. One guest described this as the 'Best History Lesson Ever'.

    • + AN EVENING OF IRISH ENTERTAINMENT A chance to experience Irish hospitality in the best Folk tradition. Enjoy a drink whilst being entertained by the people who live and work in the area.
