Congratulations on booking your Trafalgar tour. To make your trip even more hassle-free, we have created an Express Check-In service. Express Check-In ensures that your Tour Director has important information, such as your emergency contact details, as well as your personal preferences so that we can better prepare for your needs and interests on tour.

 

In order for your Tour Director to receive your information, we recommend that you complete Express Check-In at least 15 days prior to your tour departure date. If it is already less than 15 days before your tour commences, please complete Express Check-In, print your details and hand it to your Tour Director on the first day of your tour.

 

Express Check-In takes about 5 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have your passport and emergency contact details at hand. All members of your party can individually log in (on the condition that all names were submitted at the time of booking), alternatively the lead passenger can check-in for your group - it's up to you.

If you are having problems logging in, try these tips:

Check that you have the correct booking reference number. This will be the letter and number combination listed on your documentation.

Make sure that your name was given to your travel agent. In some cases travel agents may only use the name of the lead passenger for the entire booking.

If the above does not work then call your travel agent or the organisation you booked your tour through. They will check your booking to ensure your details have been correctly recorded.

Please note that you will only be able to complete Express Check-In if you have paid a deposit on your booking and payment has been received by Trafalgar.
