  • Day 1

    ARRIVE HONOLULU - WAIKIKI (3 NIGHTS)

    Aloha and welcome to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands! In the traditional Aloha spirit, you’ll be greeted at the airport with a fragrant lei and your complimentary transfer will whisk you to your spectacular beachfront hotel. After checking in, get settled into Hawaiian Time with a swim in the Pacific Ocean or a quick dip in the resort pool. At 6 p.m., gather the family and hit the sand for a Kick-off Party with pupus and drinks on the beach and meet your Travel Director and fellow adventurers.

  • Day 2

    HONOLULU SIGHTSEEING

    Your Aloha adventure begins in Downtown Honolulu, home to several historic structures, including Iolani Palace, the only royal palace on American soil; a 162-year-old church built from coral blocks; and the historic Aloha Tower. Next, meet chocolate flavourmeisters, for a fun, hands-on, bean-to-bar Local Speciality experience. Learn how cacao is grown and processed from pods full of cacao beans, which then get roasted, cracked, crushed, ground, conched, tempered and poured into bar molds. Even make your own delicious chocolate bar from scratch and take a bar of handmade chocolate home! This afternoon, visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial Park dedicated to the infamous naval attack that led to the U.S.’s involvement in World War II. Take a boat ride out to the memorial, which is built over the submerged battleship USS Arizona, see the engraved names of the heroes who perished on that fateful day and peer down at the remains of the sunken ship from which oil still seeps after more than 70 years. Later, enjoy a Unique Insight into life on a battleship. Join a real navy sailor on an exclusive visit aboard the ‘Mighty Mo’ — the USS Missouri — the star of the blockbuster movie ‘Battleship.’ This evening, join your fellow explorers for a splashin’ good time during a Highlight Dinner at a local restaurant where you enjoy dinner facing an incredible three-story, 280,000-gallon saltwater fish tank, home to hundreds of tropical fish!

  • Day 3

    HONOLULU FREE TIME

    The entire day is yours and the choices are endless! Join one of the resort’s wildlife specialists to feed the animals, including the hotel’s very own African Blackfoot Penguins, flamingos, ducks, sacred Ibis and Koi fish. Perhaps attend a ukulele-making demonstration or spend some time lazing in the warm Hawaiian sun on the beach. Enjoy the water activities of your tropical resort: with a surfing lesson, learn all about the sport from local athletes at Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, or try stand-up paddle boarding. Take an optional snorkeling excursion to Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve and spot sea turtles, colourful coral and dazzling tropical fish. Explore Waikiki, packed with shops and restaurants and the Ala Moana Shopping Center, a collection of over 90 shops, boutiques and a diverse, international selection of eateries.

  • Day 4

    HONOLULU - MAUI (3 NIGHTS)

    Soar high above the Pacific as you fly to Maui, the Magic Isle, home to endless white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters and luxuriant tropical foliage. A truly unique island experience begins in the misting forest of Waipoli in upcountry Maui. Here, you will meet your host for an exclusive farm-to-fork Be My Guest lunch as you are taken on a visit through this diversified natural farm, on the slopes of Haleakala with panoramic bi-coastal views of the island. Learn about the various crops while partaking in their harvesting. Enjoy a gourmet al fresco lunch as you watch the fresh products you just harvested be prepared right in front of you by the chef. Kids can help make their own pizza, rolling the dough, adding their toppings and then eating their savoury creation fresh off the pizza oven! This afternoon, visit a working dairy farm and meet working dairy goats, herder dogs and “Charlie,” the owners’ potbelly pig. Discover the ins and outs of goat cheese production, a Local Speciality. Taste various goat cheeses, pet and feed the goats, and for a truly unique experience, kids get a chance to learn to hand milk a goat! Then get settled at your hotel on spectacular Kaanapali Beach, often ranked as one of America’s finest beaches. This evening, enjoy a unique “Tour of the Stars” led by a Local Expert on the roof of your resort. Learnw how more than 1,000 years ago, voyaging Polynesians were guided to the Hawaiian Islands with the help of the stars.

    MAUI SIGHTSEEING and FREE TIME

    Wake up in stunning Maui and get ready to explore the island’s premier attraction: the Maui Ocean Center. Meet your Local Expert, an ocean naturalist, for a glimpse of Hawaii’s undersea world. Learn about the spectacular live coral displays—the largest collection in the nation—enjoy playful swimming displays by green sea turtles, awe at close encounters with sharks and rays, and enjoy the outdoor touch pools and the acrylic tunnel through the 750,000-gallon Open Ocean exhibit with over 2,000 fish. Then head for the historic whaling village of Lahaina, which once played host to as many as 1,500 sailors on leave, including famous Moby Dick author, Herman Melville. Enjoy a cone of colourful flavoured Shave Ice, a Hawaiian Local Speciality, before returning back to the hotel where the rest of the afternoon is free to relax. This evening, get a real taste of the islands at a special Hawaiian Luau Highlight Dinner where through the sounds of the conch, the beating of the drums, and the echoes of the Hawaiian chant, you journey through the story of the islands of Polynesia. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring Hawaiian and Western specialities and a full open bar.

  • Day 6

    MAUI FREE TIME

    The entire day is free for you and your family to make the most of your holiday as you please. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast served in a striking setting overlooking the ocean and water-fed lagoon. Choose from a selection of optional excursions or enjoy a fun-in-the-sun beach day. Perhaps enjoy a Local Speciality and learn about the art of lei-making or attend a demonstration of the Hula, the uniquely Hawaiian dance accompanied by chant or song that preserves and perpetuates the stories, traditions and culture of Hawaii.

  • Day 7

    MAUI - HILO - VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK - WAIKOLOA (2 NIGHTS)

    Take flight early this morning as you bid farewell to Maui and head to the Big Island of Hawaii. Travel through the lush forest preserves to arrive at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to both Mauna Loa, the world’s largest volcano, and Kilauea, its most active. Hawaii’s landscape undergoes constant change as Kilauea continuously spews lava down into the sea. Kilauea Visitor Center is the first stop for informative and interactive displays and movies highlighting the special aspects of the park. Visit the Jaggar Museum to learn about volcanology and view seismographs and other equipment used by scientists monitoring the volcanoes. Arrive at the Thurston Lava Tube which several hundred years ago, a scorching river of lava rushed through. Later, arrive at your beachfront resort on the sun-splashed Kohala Coast.

    KONA SIGHTSEEING AND FREE TIME

    Enjoy a relaxing breakfast and laidback morning before boarding a glass-bottom boat to explore the amazing Hawaiian reef without ever getting wet! Relax under the shaded canopy and view Green Sea Turtles grazing, hundreds of species of colourful tropical fish, and unique Hawaiian coral through six full size windows. The friendly on-board marine naturalists and captain will answer all your questions as they take you through the protected waters of Anaehoomalu Bay. Back on land, enjoy an afternoon of free time. Tonight, toast to the wonderful adventures you’ve shared with your family and newfound friends at a Farewell Dinner of delectable Hawaiian dishes.

    DEPART KONA

    A Hui Hou, or until we meet again! Bid farewell to the islands as your journey comes to an end with a complimentary transfer to the airport for your flight home.
