LONDON - BRUGES - BRUSSELS
Meet your Travel Director this morning and travel to Dover to board the ferry and cross the Channel to France! Continue over the Belgium border and see the canals and cobbled streets of medieval Bruges on your way to Brussels. On arrival your orientation includes views of the Atomium, the Royal Palaces and a walk through the Grand Place to see the Manneken Pis. This evening, get to know your companions and your Travel Director at a Welcome Reception including a light dinner and welcome drinks.

BRUSSELS - RHINE CRUISE - HEIDELBERG - KARLSRUHE
This morning travel into Germany. Cruise down the River Rhine from Boppard past medieval ruins and picturesque scenery to St. Goar. Hear the fable of the Lorelei Rock. Later, view Heidelberg Castle which is perched on the hillside above the River Neckar.

KARLSRUHE - MUNICH - INNSBRUCK
Cross the Swabian Uplands to Munich. See the Olympic Stadium, Marienplatz and Hofbräuhaus during your orientation. In the Tyrol’s capital, Innsbruck, view the centuries-old Golden Roof and St. Jakob’s Cathedral. This evening enjoy a Highlight Dinner with local specialities.

INNSBRUCK - CORTINA D'AMPEZZO - VENICE (2 NIGHTS)

VENICE SIGHTSEEING AND FREE TIME

Spend free time exploring on your own – perhaps take a boat trip round the lagoon or wander through the narrow streets and shop for souvenirs.

ROME SIGHTSEEING AND FREE TIME
Your Local Guide gives an interesting account of Rome’s rich history on your guided sightseeing this morning. Visit St. Peter’s Basilica, one of the holiest sites in the Christian world. View the Forum, centre of daily life in ancient Rome, and the mighty Colosseum. Spend time seeing the sights of your choice or sit back and experience ‘la dolce vita’.

ROME - FLORENCE
Drive north into beautiful Tuscan countryside to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance. Your Local Guide brings the city’s amazing history to life during your guided walking tour, which includes views of the Cathedral, Baptistery and Signoria Square. See Ponte Vecchio, a feat of medieval engineering.

PARIS - LONDON
Say ‘au revoir’ as you leave Paris and cross northern France. Catch a
glimpse of the Canadian War Memorial at Vimy Ridge on the way to
Calais. Board a ferry to Dover and continue to London by coach, where
your memorable holiday ends.
