The prize offered is the land-only portion of a published and available Trafalgar tour of 15 days or less in duration and the destination will be decided by Trafalgar Tours and the winner. The specific tour will be decided by Trafalgar Tours and the winner. Travel is to take place in 2008.


The deadline for submission of entries is 28 September 2007.


Voting will begin on 2 October 2007. The final day for voting is 18 October 2007.


The winner will be notified via email.


The winner will be announced and posted on http://www.trafalgar.com/photocontest2007 on 24 October 2007.


The competition is open to those aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Trafalgar Tours and The Travel Corporation, their families and friends, or anyone connected with the product given away as the prize.


Entrants may submit any number of entries. All entries must be the original work of the entrant and the entrant must own all copyright to these materials.


Entries should be submitted through the "Submit Entry" section of this website. Submitting an entry confirms that you accept these terms and conditions.


This is an online only contest.


No responsibility can be accepted for any entries lost or delayed in transmission or for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, viruses, bugs or other such causes.


The selected winner will be notified by email and be invited to accept the offered prize. No cash alternative will be offered. In the unlikely event that no entries are received before the closing date the prize will not be awarded.


To qualify for the prize the entrant must ensure that their contact details (name, surname and email address) are included.


By entering into this competition you give permission for Trafalgar to publish your submitted photo and text as well as your name in selected advertising media, both online and offline, at Trafalgar's discretion. By entering this competition you also indicate that you are the creator of the entered materials, both written and photographic and are the sole copyright holder.


Trafalgar's decision in all matters connected with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


The entry should consist of a photo and short description thereof, taken on and written about a Trafalgar tour. The story/journal text submissions should be approximately 400 to 500 words long.

In selecting business partners, Trafalgar Tours considers the accuracy and quality of the data they provide, how they respond to consumer complaints and whether or not they provide opt-out choices for those whose information they process.



"Cookies" and Other Web Technologies

We use "cookie" technology and IP addresses only to obtain non-personal information from on-line visitors to provide them with the best possible personalized on-line experience.
