Next, visit a cidery producing apple cider, also a Local Speciality, and learn about the craft. And, of course, a tasting follows! Finish your culinary tour of Vermont with a stop at Ben & Jerry's, the ice cream makers whose funky flavours have taken them from one Vermont store to a world-wide name. They originated here, making them your third Vermont Local Speciality, and you will see where it all began along with a sample of a few favourite flavours.
