Trafalgar offers a range of Early Payment Discounts on our worldwide guided vacations. And the earlier you pay, the more you save! Take a look at our limited-time savings currently available:

2013/14 Autumn, Winter & Spring Europe

• Book and pay in full by July 10, 2013 and save up to $500 per couple (7.5% discount on the land-only portion)
• Book and pay in full by October 31, 2013 and save up to $330 per couple (5% discount on the land-only portion)

As popular departure dates and trips fill, savings may no longer be available. See the Pricing and Availability page of each itinerary online for details and specific Early Payment Discount savings and availability by departure date. 

Conditions: Discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Savings will vary by and may not be valid on all itinerary/departure dates. Book now, pay early and save! If you book and pay in full 12 months prior to your departure to these destinations, you'll save up to 10% off the LAND-only portion of your vacation.

Join the Trafalgar Travel Club and Save 5%

Each year, on average, over 50% of our guests have previously experienced the magic and excitement of a Trafalgar vacation. To express our gratitude, we extend membership into the Trafalgar Travel Club to all clients who have traveled with us, as well as a 5% discount off the LAND-only portion of the next Trafalgar trip of your choice. You will need to travel within five years of your last trip to take advantage of this discount.

Please note: Trafalgar’s Travel Club is not available retroactively. Only one credit is available per person, per year, and only one credit can be redeemed against each further vacation. The Trafalgar Travel Club Discount does not apply to City Breaks and extra nights’ accommodation. When booking our River Cruise products, please check the Uniworld brochure for the savings and discounts exclusions.

Group Discounts: Travel with family and friends and save!

5 to 9 – Save 5%: If a group of five to nine guests travel together, a discount of 5% per person applies to the LAND-only portion of your vacation.

10 or more: If 10 or more guests travel together, a discount of 5% per person applies to the LAND-only portion of your vacation. Plus, we offer attractive group savings based on the number of people traveling. For example, travel with 16 guests and one traveler will qualify for a 100%* discount off the LAND-only portion of the vacation.

Please note: Space is limited to one group per departure so book early! These discounts cannot be combined with our Young Traveler or Triple Room Reduction. All guests' names must be advised to Trafalgar at the time of booking in order to qualify. The discount is per person only and does not apply to City Breaks, Train vacations, extra nights’ accommodation and any vacations in our Eastern Mediterranean section except the Greek Island Hopper, the Best of Greece (without cruise), the Highlights of Turkey (without cruise) and the Best of Turkey. When booking our River Cruise products, please check the Uniworld brochure for the savings and discounts exclusions. *Discount is on a twin-share basis only.

Second Trip Discount

Save 5% and get twice the fun when you book a second Trafalgar vacation. Book two Trafalgar trips, each seven days or longer for a reduction of up to 5% off the LAND-only portion of the trip with the shortest duration. Take three trips and save on two! Just ask your Travel Agent for suggestions on your perfect vacation combination.

Vacations must be booked at the same time. The discount is per person only and does not apply to City Breaks, extra nights’ accommodation and all Eastern Mediterranean vacations except the Greek Island Hopper, the Best of Greece (without cruise), the Highlights of Turkey (without cruise) and the Best of Turkey. Triple Room Share Reduction

Travel with three people sharing one room and each of you will receive a discount off the LAND-only portion of your vacation price. Each itinerary lists the triple room reduction per person. Refer to the vacation of your choice within our brochure.

Please note: Triple room reductions are based on sharing a twin or a double bedded room with an extra bed which may be a 'roll-away'. This reduction only applies to itineraries featuring the Triple Room Reduction offer.

Single Traveler Savings

When traveling alone, we understand that some clients do not want to incur the expense of an additional single room supplement. That's why we give you the opportunity to purchase selected vacations on a room sharing basis on the majority of our itineraries. We will accommodate you with a fellow guest of the same gender on a 'two-bedded' basis (non-smoking rooms only). Please note that we cannot guarantee roommates will be of a similar age group. If we fail to match you, we will provide a single room at no extra cost.

Family Experiences Savings

Travel with your family on our Family Experiences trips and you'll save big! Travel with three or four people sharing one room and each of you will receive a reduction off the LAND-only portion of your vacation price. Each itinerary lists the triple and quad room reduction per person in our Family Experiences brochure. Refer to the vacation of your choice.

Please note: Triple and quad room reductions are based on three or four people sharing one room with existing bedding arrangements, usually two beds and does not include the cost of any additional bed or 'roll-away'. These reductions apply only to itineraries featuring Triple and Quad room reductions in the price panel. Quad occupancy is strictly reserved for families traveling with young children and is not available to four adults sharing. In Europe, Triple and Quad room reduction can only be combined with Young Traveler Discount when children are under 16 years old. In Europe triple reduction only applies when one child shares with two adults.

Young Traveler Discounts

If you're traveling with a child between five and 17 years of age, you can take advantage of a discount of up to 10% on the LAND-only portion of their vacation. Young travelers must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure and MUST be accompanied by an adult (limit of one Young Traveler Discount per room).
