DUBLIN (2 NIGHTS)
Welcome to Dublin and the Emerald Isle. Relax after your journey and meet in the early evening for a city sightseeing tour with an expert Local Guide. You will enjoy views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Guinness Brewery, Trinity College and Phoenix Park. You will then enjoy a Welcome Pub Reception with your fellow travellers and Travel Director.

Day 3
DUBLIN SIGHTSEEING AND FREE TIME
This morning enjoy a guided walking tour of the Dublin National Botanical Gardens which were founded in 1795. The purpose of these beautiful gardens is to explore, understand, conserve, and share the importance of plants. You will have the rest of the day free to use your included ‘hop-on hop-off’ city sightseeing ticket to explore the city. This evening, why not consider an optional excursion to an Irish Cabaret for some Irish humour and entertainment?
Day 4
DUBLIN - ROCK OF CASHEL - KILLARNEY (4 NIGHTS)
Leave the capital city and drive through scenic countryside to visit the spectacular Rock of Cashel. This is reputed to be the site of the conversion of the King of Munster by St. Patrick in the 5th century. Its rich heritage is reflected in the picturesque complex of fortified town houses, a medieval monastery and a Georgian Cathedral. It also has one of the most remarkable collections of Celtic art and medieval architecture to be found anywhere in Europe. A trip to Ireland would not be complete without a visit to Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney Stone which will give you the gift of the gab! Arrive later in Killarney, where you dine tonight at your hotel.

Day 5
KILLARNEY - RING OF KERRY EXCURSION
Follow the Ring of Kerry around the Iveragh Peninsula, characterised by plunging cliffs, shimmering lakes, granite mountains and rugged coastlines. See castles, forts and monasteries as you wend your way through Killorglin (of Puck Fair fame), Cahirciveen, Waterville and Moll's Gap in the Black Mountains.
Day 6
KILLARNEY - DINGLE PENINSULA EXCURSION
Today, experience a breathtaking excursion round the Dingle Peninsula. Europe’s most westerly point, the peninsula features a wealth of ring forts and ancient ruins as well as verdant hills, magnificent mountains and sandy beaches. Later, join your companions for a special Be My Guest early evening supper on an Irish farm.

Day 7
KILLARNEY - AT LEISURE
Today you are free to do as you please. Killarney National Park offers an exciting range of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, horse riding plus golf on championship courses overlooking Killarney Lakes. Alternatively, enjoy the peace and tranquility of your surroundings. Find a quiet spot, put your feet up and admire the views.
Day 8
KILLARNEY - KILLALOE - KILDARE - DUBLIN
Enjoy the beautiful Irish countryside as you are taken on the scenic roads back to Dublin. View the thatched cottages in the village of Adare and then travel on to Killaloe on Lough Derg. A special treat here will be a homemade Guinness Stew and soda bread cooking demonstration – you will get to enjoy the results for lunch! Then follow the roads through Portroe and Nenagh before making a last stop at St. Brigid's Church in Kildare for an included visit. St. Brigid is one of Ireland's patron saints along with St. Patrick and St. Columba. Join your fellow this evening for a Farewell Dinner in Dublin and raise a toast to your newfound friends and scenic Ireland!
