Arrive Vancouver (1 night)

Welcome to Vancouver! Upon arrival you will be transferred to the beautiful Fairmont Waterfront Hotel and then you are free to spend some time exploring. Head downtown or take a walk near the harbour. Tonight gather at the hotel with your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Welcome Reception.

DAY 2: Sunday, 24 May 2015

Vancouver - Rocky Mountaineer -Whistler - Golf Day (1 night)

All aboard the Rocky Mountaineer (Gold Leaf) for an unforgettable rail journey from Vancouver to the resort town of Whistler travelling through the stunning scenery of the Sea to Sky Region. Highlights include Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains, Mount Garibaldi and the Cheakamus Canyon. On arrival in Whistler, you will be transferred to the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre for a tour and BBQ lunch. The remainder of the day is for you to play a full round of golf or indulge in a spa treatment before dinner takes place within the hotel.

Whistler - Rocky Mountaineer - Quesnel (1 night)

This morning you will board the Rocky Mountaineer once more for a daylight rail journey that takes you from Whistler through to Quesnel. Along the way witness the shorelines of Anderson Lake and the glacial–fed Seton Lake, see the sweeping views of the Fraser Canyon and cross the Deep Creek Bridge, one of the highest railway bridges in the world.

Quesnel - Rocky Mountaineer - Jasper (2 nights) 

Your journey continues on the train to the delightful alpine town of Jasper, travelling through the majestic Rocky Mountains. Take in the view of Mount Robson from the open air viewing deck, at 3,954 metres it’s the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies

DAY 5: Wednesday, 27 May 2015

Jasper - Golf Day

Start the day with a round of Golf at the award winning Jasper Park Lodge or relax and cleanse at the spa. Afterwards take part in a national park scenic tour which covers many of the natural attractions within the World Heritage listed site. If you are lucky enough you may even catch a glimpse of some of the wildlife that call the park home.

DAY 6: Thursday, 28 May 2015 

Jasper - Lake Louise (1 night)

Head south along the stunning Icefields Parkway, driving beneath snow clad peaks and alongside thundering waterfalls and glistening glaciers. Upon arrival at the Columbia Icefield, board an Ice Explorer for a journey onto the massive Athabasca Glacier. Afterwards, a brief stop will be made at Bow Lake before arriving at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

DAY 7:  Friday, 29 May 2015

Lake Louise - Banff (3 nights)

Start your day with a morning at leisure and take the time to soak in the stunning landscape that surrounds you. After lunch enjoy a half day tour of Yoho National Park where you will discover its towering waterfalls, spectacular scenery and the natural bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. See Emerald Lake sparkling as your journey continues to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Banff National Park.

Banff

Enjoy a full day in Banff where your morning will consist of unmissable experiences. Take a ride on the Banff Gondola where you will get a bird’s eye view of the six mountain ranges, then enjoy a 12 minute Summit Helicopter Tour over the remarkable landscape of the Rockies. Your afternoon is at leisure.

Today is yours to relax and enjoy. Take some time to yourself and have a treatment in the spa or hit another 18 holes at the golf course.

Banff - Kelowna (2 nights)

Bid farewell to Banff and take to the road for a scenic drive to Kelowna and your hotel on the beautiful Lake Okanagan. Tonight you will enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Spend today as you like, head to one of the sandy beaches, take a boat ride on the lake, stroll along the lakefront boardwalk or perhaps visit a family owned winery.

Kelowna - Victoria (2 nights)

Board a ferry and head to charming Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia and home to fashionable tea rooms and old English charm. Upon arrival enjoy a free evening to explore.

DAY 13: Thursday 4 June 2015

Victoria - Golf Day

Spend some time exploring on your own before the last round of golf is played at one of Victoria’s most beautiful courses. Alternatively enjoy a spa treatment before the day ends with a Be My Guest Farewell Dinner. You will visit a family owned winery and taste the perfectly balanced vintages, take a tour of the winery and then indulge in the local cuisine that has been delicately prepared.

Victoria - Vancouver (1 night)

Travel back by ferry to the mainland and enjoy an afternoon at leisure.

Say farewell to Vancouver this morning as you take your complimentary transfer to Vancouver International Airport. Or alternatively, transfers will be provided to the Port for those extending their stay with an Alaskan Cruise.

Booking Deposit & Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 7 days of booking. Full balance is due no later than 80 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 80 days of departure full payment is due within 48 hours.

Fares: All fares are quoted in Australian Dollars. Fares include transport (including GoldLeaf on Rocky Mountaineer), entrance fees as per itinerary, services of a Driver and Travel Director, and meals as specified – this holiday EXCLUDES airfares. Prices specified on this flyer refer to the land itinerary only, and do not include the optional Alaskan cruise.


Accommodation:
 Hotel accommodation includes twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, all hotel service charges, baggage handling fees and local taxes. 

Single Supplement: Single rooms are available on a request basis. The supplement for a single rooms is $4,011.

Golf/Spa Inclusions: One round of golf (18 holes) is included in each of the locations specified on the itinerary (Days 2, 5, 9 and 13). Green fees and use of a golf cart are included on all golf days; the trip does not include club rental or other golf related costs. Correct golf attire is required. Passengers travelling who do not wish to play golf will receive a spa treatment on each of the days when golf is scheduled. Selection of spa treatments is subject to availability, and may be required in advance. Full details of golf and spa treatments will be provided with 
final documentation. 

Cancellation penalties apply:

• For cancellations over 80 days prior to departure date = Loss of deposit
• For cancellations 79 - 65 days prior to departure date = 25% of total price
• For cancellations 64 - 46 days prior to departure date = 50% of total price
• For cancellations 45 days or less prior to departure date = 100% of total price
• For cancellations day of departure / no show = 100% of total price

Alaska Cruise: You can extend your holiday with a luxury 7 night cruise aboard the Holland America Line, in your choice of Inside, Ocean-View or Verandah Stateroom. All meals included onboard with Personal Choice Dining, Personal Choice Activities, entertainment, spa and fitness centre. Please see the Trafalgar website for further details.
