Service rating : The tour guide was very good and so was the Cusco local guide. The Puno local guide was not.Product : Two climbing venues in one day could have been done on two separate days since nothing was planned for the next day. The itinerary included a 4 am wake up to catch a 7:30 flight

Enjoy the tour very much. Miguel and Rómulo, excellent tour guides. All the time Miguel was explaining everything to us. When asked for any request, restaurant reservation, directions, he was very cooperative. Very knowledgeable.
