**Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG): Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG): LPG is available on new bookings made by 02 September 2025 for travel between 01 January 2026 and 31 December 2026. Deposit due at time of booking to lock in price; full payment is due within seven days of the initial booking to qualify for LPG. The LPG applies to all Trafalgar worldwide land tours; does not apply to flights, insurance, pre/post-night accommodations, optional experiences or river cruises and is not applicable to Group or Last Minute Deals bookings. Prices advertised are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability; may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. If the tour and departure date is advertised at a lower price on trafalgar.com after full payment has been received, guests are entitled to a refund of the price difference. Requests for price adjustments must be made via Trafalgar’s Contact Center prior to the trip departure date. The LPG is non-transferable. Booking, Deposit & Change Policies: ^A $200 per person deposit for Level 1 tours and a $350 per person deposit for Level 2 tours is required at time of booking to secure space and savings on a Trafalgar tour; see full list of trips and levels. If changes to the booking are made prior to the final payment date, no fees are charged; the guest is responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions as applicable to the new trip and/or departure date. Should the booking be cancelled before the final payment date, a credit of $200 or equivalent currency per person, or the amount of your tour-only deposit whichever is less, will be issued and is valid for up to five years from date of cancellation. This credit cannot be used as a deposit against future booking and can only be used as a credit against final payment. Only one credit per person can be applied to each booking. If a booking is cancelled after final payment, cancellation fees and charges will be incurred per the booking conditions.

Global Tour Rewards:^Past guests of Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, AAT Kings, Inspiring Journeys, Costsaver and Contiki receive a 5% Global Tour Reward (GTR) discount on any new booking with any of the aforementioned brands. The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and river cruise itineraries, and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple trip discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to change. The 5% GTR discount replaces all previous Past Guest/Frequent Traveller Discounts and is not in addition to.
