Good itinerary, good coaches . Divani Palace on return from cruise had offered newly renovated rooms which were far better than the ones on the first night. Those were not that good. I feel more time should have been devoted in Limassol, Cyprus to experience the waterfront. Also, I feel that the local specialist was not aware of Lefkara lace which is a traditional and world famous craft and where one could find it. Time for souvenir shopping was good only in Kusadesi. It would have been appreciated if it was also the same in other places.
Decent size of group meant each one was looked after well.TD, Mia Kentrota was caring and helpful without getting stressed. However, there was a communication gap where it came to wifi on coaches. Only the coach in Israel had wifi on board. None of the others had! When Trafalgar organizes cruises, there should be a clear communication especially to non-EU citizens on wifi availability on board (it was 25 Euro for a 6-hour package). No harm done, but it solves many doubts as I was by myself on the tour and hence connectivity back home was imperative :) Also, it may be a good idea to build the gratuities in the tour cost so that there is no confusion on how much and to whom. Also, please note that ROE for non-EU citizens can be very high and what might seem as a simple few USD or Euros as gratuities can run into 3 or 4 figure amount for a few if not many.
