The hotels were pleasant, the food enjoyable and the people hospitality. The local tour guides very knowledgeable, their English easy to understand and personable. The bus was comfortable and kept clean and in shape.
Overall the trip was well organized and planed. It was not overcrowded with a lot of sightseeing, yet we got plenty to see, experienced a lot of the land, people and their history. Worthwhile to take this trip!
The optional night time dinners went a little too late for me. After a long day touring I didn't want to stay out so late. I wouldn't select these options again
Our Tour Director, Rhi was amazing. She had such a good knowledge of local history, and made the coach trips educational. I understand how much work she did "behind the scenes", eg. printing individual menus for our farewell dinner, making arrangements for those clients who were extending their travels after the tour ended. We couldn't have wished for a more professional driver than Ivan. He was always very courteous.
Service is good, tour is at the pace which I enjoy as it is quite leisurely, only issue is lots of optionals (eg Havr, Split) and lunches not covered adding to cost of tour significantly. At least include some lunch and not so many optional tours.
