Puerto Monte. Puerto Varas, Bariloche and Iguazu falls were the best part of our tour
We were fortunate to meet some very nice people during this tour. Our tour director was excellent and did a great job specially considering the fact the trip got of to a disappointing start because of the civil unrest in Chile. Puerto Monte , Bariloche, and Iguazu falls were the high lights of the trip
Well-planned itinerary but unfortunately the visit of Santiago was "spoiled" buy the unrest in the city which led to military curfew and we were "stuck" for two days in the hotel. The subsequently itinerary worked out fine!
Yes , the guides were friendly , caring and knowledgeable . Rodrigo Winterstien was no nice , friendly and handled couple of tourists who got sick so well and professionally, which is greatly appreciated
Perhaps make it clear that the tour is mostly by bus and ground and the weather at that time will be very cold and needs heavy jackets, gloves and hats along with an umberella.

"You will want to spend all of your time outdoors in the lakes region between Puerto Varas and Bariloche especially on the lake crossing by boat. This is a great time to spot the Andean condor and no need to stake out a seat inside the boat, you will not use it."Alan Cook, Manager, Latin America
