Loved the holiday - excellent drivers, travel Guides, places we visited. HOWEVER, The holiday was impersonal and lonely - I was embarrased to ask the same people their names multiple times. As we get older, memory fades. The Guides said that Company policy was not to have NAME TAGS! Others travellers we came across all had name tags. Well, I shall NOT travel Trafalgar again without Name Tags.
