Everything we saw was fabulous and interesting! We never could have done this on our own. Amazing experience!
The bus was immaculate and the driver was great! Allie, our tour guide was amazing! She was organized, entertaining and so knowledgeable about Ireland. The hotels we stayed at were great, as well! Loved our trip!!! Air Lingus was the best, too! Lisa
The itinerary - Amazing Ireland (Brendan) - is more encompassing than others we considered. Seeing Belfast & Donegal appears to be an experience other friends touring Ireland did not have the opportunity of seeing. The coach was quite comfortable as were the hotels. We especially enjoyed our stays at the Kees and International (Killarney) hotels.
Everything revolves around our tour director - ************. While this was an exceptionally well organized tour & destinations, It was Allie who made our trip so enjoyable. She is smart, extremely knowledgeable about Ireland, upbeat and a delight to be with. I would be remiss not to mention our driver John who was not only a safe & professional driver but extremely personable and accommodating. Spending 2 nights in each hotel is a blessing since it reduces our “duffel bag drag”. Touring Belfast and Donegal was a big plus. Local specialists Moira & Ronan (spelling?) were exceptional! We are already raving about our Trafalgar experience & will continue to recommend this tour to anyone who asks.
Tour of Ireland exceeded all our expectations. Great Tour Director (Allie) and driver (John), great group on tour and places visited, accommodation and meals were all fantastic. Cannot wait to organise our next Trafalgar tour!
So much packed into our package, got to see more than we ever expected. Coach was comfortable, and we felt completely safe in the hands of our driver.. Hotels were comfortable and well located. A nice mix of modern hotels, as well as a couple of quaint, older hotels. Meals were excellent. Breakfasts were full of options, and large enough to sustain us through our busy days. Dinners, even those at the hotels, were delicious.
This was our third trip with Trafalgar, and so far, the best. *Amazing Ireland certainly lived up to its name. Our driver John, kept us safe for over 2000km, and was also personable and responsible. Our thanks to him, for a job well done! Our tour director, ************, was absolutely fabulous. She was a wealth of information, was fun, professional, and brought a personal touch to the trip. She is truly an asset to the company! The trip itself, was beyond our expectation. It was packed full of incredible sights and experiences. Castles, spectacular scenery, wonderful meals, history, music, and fun! A few surprises along the way, from an ancient burial grounds, to a sumptuous dinner, at the home of a celebrated Irish chef. As Allie taught us......"The craic was mighty!" We are already looking forward to our next trip with Trafalgar!
