Covered most of the places which were shown in sound of music. Journey was not rushed Only wished that there was more time to explore Munich.Salsburg and Vienna by ourselves
1.Safe journey due to excellent driver 2. Travel director was informative and very helpful 3. Local guides were knowledgeable 4. Hotels were good quality, However, the locations could be more central
Arne and Bernard were great. So many details and still the ability to be flexible to deal with changes due to weather. Loved the "hidden gems" along the way.
Holiday Inn in Munich had some staff that seemed less than happy to help or answer questions, but overall, the various accommodations were very nice. Would have been nice to have information for each hotel (laundry services?).
Overall very good experience for my first Trafalgar tour.

Our coach and hotel accommodations were very good. I really enjoyed the itinerary, except for our dinner at "Gastatatte Beer Hall". There was another event happening that night and the waiter seemed very rushed and was rude. The accordion player was placed so close to our table, so the music was very loud, making conversation with each other and the wait staff difficult.
Our travel director, ************ was so attentive to our needs, ie. special diet needs and accommodations for special needs travelers. He also, was very knowledgeable and shared many facts and highlights throughout our tour. Our Driver, Bernhard was excellent and helpful. The local specialists enhanced our trip.
Yes would recommend Tranfalgar great tour director with good communication skills and knowleagable n kudos to excellent driver that makes journey smooth all the esy
