        Service:

Service rating : - They did not take us to the Great Prismatic Lake at the Yellowstone National Park- The tour director was pathologically obsessed with toilet breaks. In my opinion we spent (or rather wasted) excessive time at toilet break and in stops in supermarket car park- By the end of this

        Service:

Service rating : The quality of the tour guide and the professionalism of the driver. I had planned to drive this tour myself but I could never have learned as much on my own as we did on this trip.Product : We would loved to have had Yosemite included on the tour.

Service rating : Great driver and coach captain, excellent accommodation and itinerary. Thoroughly enjoyed it . . . but I will NEVER book twin shared as a single again. A complete miss-match - lesson learned, either pay the single supplement, or take a companion!!!Product : Better than expected
