Argentineans love <em>dulce de leche<\/em> and a typical Argentinean sweet treat are <em>alfajores<\/em>. These little round sandwich biscuits come in different variations, but always have a delicious layer of <em>dulce de leche<\/em> in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-chocolate-in-bariloche-argentina\"><strong>Chocolate in Bariloche, Argentina<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Known as \u201cthe Switzerland of South America\u201d, it&#8217;s no surprise that the beautiful area of Bariloche is also famous for chocolate. The pork sausage is usually grilled on an <em>asado<\/em> bbq, before being served inside a long bread roll and dressed with chimichurri sauce.
