\nYes, you will indeed need said number of serviettes to mop up the unctuous sauce in a 5 Napkin Burger<\/a>. 10 whopping ounces of 100% Angus chuck from Aspen Ridge slathered in melting gruyere and rosemary aioli between a pillowy white potato roll, 5 Napkin take their burgers very serous. So seriously, in fact, that they eschew cardboard boxes and greaseproof paper in favour of proper china. You’ll even get a steak knife as a weapon of attack.<\/p>\n

Entitled the EMMY, its patty is made from pasture-raised, dry aged beef and its bap is a unique pretzel bun that comes slathered in house EMMY sauce, gooey Grafton cheddar and caramelized onions. Eponymously named after its owner, Emily is a cosy yet cool joint with two locations in New York: one in Brooklyn and one in the West Village.<\/p>\n
