About this trip

Treading the paths of the Incas and their ancestors, we uncover the symbols of Peru, from Lake Titicaca to Machu Picchu, travelling in comfort to this World Heritage Site aboard the Vistadome train.

You'll enjoy Insider moments like… sailing across Lake Titicaca to the floating reed islands of the Uros Indians with an expert introducing you to the native Quechua-speaking villagers. And, of course, we try authentic Peruvian food and drink – like the local favourite chicha, a drink made only by women, which we enjoy at a local chicheria.
