Stop at Sarah Island for a Cultural Insight into Tasmania's lesser known convict history, the Macquarie Harbour Penal Settlement. Today is a day for your taste buds! First up is Sheffield, 'the town of murals' and then visit Ashgrove Cheese for an opportunity to taste-test all of the delicious cheeses they make at their farm shop. We recommend trying their specialty, Wild Wasabi flavour. Next you'll visit Local Specialist, the Pyka family at their salmon and ginseng farm, where you'll have the chance to feed salmon in their ponds and discover how the family made the move from Germany to Tasmania and became award-winning salmon farmers.
