"A wonderful way to travel"
Cathy , Jun 2014

Living the cowboy lifestyle, you cross four national parks, including Grand Teton, on your way to visit charming all-American towns, see iconic landmarks and hear tales from the locals.

It's Insider moments like... sparks flying from the campfire, as you enjoy a real cowboy cookout with Happy Pappy in Montana's wild countryside. On this evening of old west hospitality, you dine cowboy-style on barbecue treats, as this colourful local personality tells stories of life on the frontier – he may even teach you to play the harmonica. An expert on frontiersman Buffalo Bill meets us at the Center of the West in Wyoming to reveal another colourful character of America's west – and, in doing so, brings the region's history to life.

  • Snake River Float Trip through Grand Teton National Park

Adult Price: $80.00 This gentle 10-mile float trip runs entirely within Grand Teton National Park, and covers the most scenic stretch of the Snake River in the Jackson Hole Valley. The Snake River is a lifeline to the park’s bison, elk, moose, beaver, pronghorn, deer, bear and 300 different species of birds, including osprey and eagles. Your experienced guide offers in-depth information on the geology of the Grand Tetons and the habitats of the animals you may see. Although we can’t guarantee multiple animal sightings, your chances of spotting wildlife on the Snake River – with its lush willows to feed on and deep-water pools for animals to swim in – are greater here than anywhere else in the park. Operates late May – mid Sep. Subject to weather conditions. Tour length: 3 hours. (Minimum: 12 guests).

(Minimum: 20 guests)
