To uncover the true spirit of Morocco, join us as we journey beyond the medina walls, revealing its lesser-known delights. A gateway to the real Morocco, our Best of Morocco trip uncovers this ancient African country through the eyes of locals for a truly immersive experience.

Beginning in the intoxicating city of Casablanca, we make our way along Morocco’s coastline and through the grand gate of Bab el-Mansour to Fez, Morocco’s oldest imperial city. Fez is the symbolic heart of Morocco, where you’ll visit the places locals go to relax and drink Moroccan tea in lantern-lit courtyards. Later, witness traditional belly dancing as you sample Morocco’s tagines and wine in a local riad.

See the Bhalil village where residents live in dwellings carved from the rock face. You’ll get a rare insight into their way of life by visiting local craftspeople at a traditional ceramic tile factory. Get to grips with Moroccan trading culture by learning about leather craft when visiting the round dye-pits and tanneries.

On your journey to the oasis town of Erfoud, you’ll pass medieval marketplaces and stunning natural scenery. Travel by Jeep towards the golden horizon to watch the sun set on the Saharan desert, donning a traditional Berber headdress to protect against the elements as the local tribespeople do.
