How can I leave a review of my experience?

Once you have returned home from your Trafalgar tour, you will receive an email from Feefo, who are an independent reviews company who collect guest reviews on behalf of Trafalgar. If you follow the link in this email, you will be able to leave a review of your experience.

I would like to make a complaint, how can I do this?

If you would like to make a complaint about your Trafalgar experience, you can do so through our Contact Us page. You can either submit your complaint through the form on the page, or call our call centre team on the number displayed on the page.

Am I entitled to any perks or discounts as a Trafalgar past guest?

Absolutely! Once you have travelled with Trafalgar, you become one of our valued VIT guests - Very Important Travellers. This entitles you to a number of VIT only privileges, all of which can be found here.

VITs who have travelled with Trafalgar 1-4 times are given priority access to new trips, as well as special VIT recognition on their next tour. In addition to this, you are also entitled to an additional 5% saving on exclusive offers, when new trips are released, and on secret sales.

If, however, you have travelled with us 4+ times, you then reach VIT+ level. As well as all the perks listed above, being a VIT+ means that you can save 5% off any Trafalgar tour, to any destination, all year round. And, even better, all VIT discounts are combinable with other Trafalgar discounts, giving you even more opportunity to save.
