Recently updated on July 16th, 2025 at 02:47 pm

In 2025, the unthinkable happened: Oasis got back together after a 15-year hiatus. With 12 tour dates across Cardiff, Manchester and London, it looks like the Gallagher brothers are on an English adventure – and whether you’re one of the lucky few (specifically 1.4 million fans) that secured tickets or not, you can have an English adventure of your own with our newest tour that ticks off the country’s most iconic sites. We can’t promise a Wonderwall, but we can promise plenty of wonder – and, as it happens, some pretty ancient walls.

Our new English Adventure tour will take you from England’s top to tail, from the hallowed halls of Oxford University to the green gardens of Manchester, stopping by ancient woodlands and literary landmarks along with way. Here are some of the highlights you’ll experience when you travel with us.

London

Your English Adventure begins in London, where you’ll see the capital through the eyes of a Local Specialist – and from the magnificent River Thames. Your Local Specialist will show you the history behind Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, while later on you’ll get to see some of the city’s famous landmarks from the water including Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the iconic skyline including the Shard, Gherkin and Walkie Talkie.

Cambridge

London isn’t the only city you can explore from the water – see Cambridge from a different perspective on a traditional punting trip. The traditional wooden boat is a staple of Cambridge life, powered by hand by an experienced punter stood on the back. Glide along the River Cam and pass by the city’s historic colleges and bridges, as your guide shares stories of the university, its traditions and local history from a unique vantage point. Later, there’s the option to enjoy a traditional Sunday roast at a local pub, where roast meats, Yorkshire pudding and a warm local welcome await.

Manchester

Discover Manchester, the ‘Capital of the North’, and visit RHS Garden Bridgewater for a slice of nature. One of the UK’s newest gardens, it’s set on the site of the historic Worsley New Hall estate. Carefully designed spaces bring together heritage and horticulture; tap into your green fingers as you walk through lush spaces that reflect both heritage and modern planting, and see how the Royal Horticultural Society is bringing new life to this historic landscape.

As you drive through, take in the rolling hills, stone villages and sweeping views (seen all the better through our coaches’ panoramic windows). You’ll arrive in the charming market town of Bakewell, home of the beloved Bakewell Tart, a traditional dessert dating back to the 19th century made with pastry filled with layers of jam and frangipane. Explore the town’s stone-built streets, browse local shops and enjoy its relaxed countryside charm – don’t worry, we’ve factored in time for a traditional cuppa and taste of the town’s famous sweet treat, of course.
