Your peace of mind is paramount. With Trafalgar our holidays are ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. From planning, to booking, to travelling you can rest assured that your money is completely secure and your booking is fully financially protected.

Change Options

Free changes up to 60* days of departure

To give you peace of mind and more time to make decisions about your future travel plans, you’re free to change your travel plans until 60 days before your trip.

If for any reason you change your mind, you can choose new dates and/or a new destination without penalty on the land portion of your trip (airlines impose different change policies and penalties).

Terms & Conditions

Temporary changes to standard terms and conditions apply to new bookings until further notice. This applies to the land portion of bookings only and does not apply to the Oberammergau portion of European trips or group bookings. This penalty waiver allows you to change the destination and/or trip you are traveling on. If you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, you are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference.

*For trips departing on and after January 1, 2022, standard change and cancellation penalties apply as outlined in our Booking Conditions. If you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, you are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference. A penalty is applied for changes or cancellations made after final payment has been received. Discounts and promotions are subject to availability on the new trip. Normal penalties apply for full cancellation without rebooking. Please note, airlines may impose different change policies, and if you declined travel insurance, you are responsible for any airline cancellation penalties. Other conditions apply.
