Question 1

What are custom tours?

Accepted Answer

Custom tours are personalised holidays tailored to your interests, and schedule. They give you the flexibility to choose your destinations, activities, and pace. Whether you’re planning a luxury holiday, a family trip, or a romantic getaway, custom tours are ideal for travellers who want a completely unique experience.

Question 2

What is the difference between a custom tour and a packaged tour?

Accepted Answer

With a custom tour, the world is your oyster! Whether it's a family reunion, a corporate retreat, or a group adventure, custom tours give you the flexibility to design an itinerary that caters to the interests and needs of the whole group.

Question 6

Are there age restrictions for custom tours?

Accepted Answer

No, custom tours can be tailored for travellers of all ages. Your custom itinerary can include age-appropriate activities and experiences. For families, there are tours with child-friendly activities, while for older guests, there are comfortable, low-impact tours tailored to mobility needs.

Question 7

What’s included in a custom tour package?

Accepted Answer

Custom tour packages typically include accommodations, transportation, and curated experiences or activities.

Question 8

How do I ensure my custom tour meets my needs?

Accepted Answer

To ensure your custom tour meets your needs, it’s essential to communicate clearly with your Travel Director. Share your preferences, interests, and expectations upfront. Whether you’re interested in adventure travel, luxury experiences, or family-friendly activities, providing detailed information ensures that the custom itinerary matches your vision for the trip.

Question 9

How far in advance should I book a custom tour?

Accepted Answer

It's recommended to book a custom tour at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for popular destinations such as custom tours of Italy. This gives you enough time to tailor your personalised itinerary and make necessary arrangements for accommodations, activities, and transportation. Booking early ensures better availability and rates for peak travel seasons.
