Looking for a true Hawaiian farm to table experience? It has to be O'o Farm

While there are loads of cool things to do in Hawaii, from snorkelling and sightseeing to beach hopping and boating, nothing will introduce you to the island like a Hawaiian farm to table experience.

Discover the beauty of the land, the culture of the people and the flavours of the destination when you trudge around a farm, hear from the locals and feast on what mother nature provides.

When our Trafalgar guests venture to Maui, we take them to the magical O’o Farm. Here we get under the skin of the destination with this very special Be My Guest and MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® experience.

Let’s take a look at why O’o Farm is an unmissable Hawaiian farm to table experience.

Where is O’o Farm?

On the island of Maui, O’o Farm lies in the upcountry farming community of Kula. Set in the misting forest of Waipoli, it was back in 2000 that two surfing buddies – Louis Coulombe and Stephan Bel-Robert – bought eight acres of land with citrus and stone fruit trees.

Over the years the two friends turned restaurateurs have sustainably cultivated the farm, growing top quality Hawaiian farm to table produce that local Maui restaurants serve.

What’s special about this Hawaiian farm to table experience?

There’s nothing like being out in the fresh air, surrounded by nature and beauty – and it’s even more magical on Maui. The Hawaiian farm to table experience at O’o Farm explores eight acres of sustainably maintained and naturally cultivated farmland, stopping to taste what comes from the earth.

Wander through a Hawaiian coffee plantation, a stone fruit orchard, rows of lettuce and garden vegetables, and a greenhouse loaded with juicy red tomatoes, fragrant herbs and beautiful flowers.

O’o Farm grows top quality produce, which it supplies to upscale local restaurants and at its own farm to table dining experience, which Trafalgar guests are lucky enough to enjoy.
