Beware of phishing emails and text messages

Why you’re seeing this notice:

Scammers are sending fake e-mails, texts and WhatsApp messages pretending to be a “reservations desk” or our airline partners. They ask for last-minute payments or personal data and threaten to cancel your trip if you don’t comply. This is fraud.

How to spot fake messages:

Subject lines with urgent threats or unrealistic promises
Requests for card numbers, bank transfers, account details or gift cards
Poor spelling / grammar or unfamiliar sender addresses
Links that do not point to www.trafalgar.com
The email is sent from a free email account (Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, etc.)
