Customer experience is the standard of service you receive
It was all great. My only thing was that I wasn't aware how far apart the cities were, so that was a little bit disappointing. Coming from the US and 2 day already used for flying, 3 days of travel was too much but I blame myself for not checking that out myself. You did a great job to make the trips enjoyable with stops on the way. The hotel in Seville was not good, others were good.
The trip was so great. Everything was taken care of for us. There was NOTHING we had to do or "plan". In my daily life all if do is plan and handle things 24/7, I was so happy to not have to do anything. The travel director, Alex and coach driver Luis were both exceptional and took excellent care of us. The local tour directors were all awesome too and we learned so much history, It was amazing. All of the optional excursions were extremely worth it. I just cant say enough good things and would do another tour in a minute.
The bus and driver were fantastic. Most of the hotels were great - one was, perhaps, a little older and had some carpet stains. It was clean, however and the beds were all super comfortable.
Tour was well organized. Tour guide and local specialists had lots of good information, but did not overwhelm with constant chatter. Food was delicious - i appreciated having a choice for main dish. LOVED IT!
We were busy from the 'get-go' with various activities. This was ok for the 'younger' people, but for us it was a little exhausting. Trafalgar should recommend to 'older' people that they book a couple of extra days before the tour starts to get acclimatized, or in sinc with the local time. Also we ate a lot. seemed to be stopping to eat too often.
Interesting, empathetic, enthusiastic tour guides/directors. Filled time available with all sorts of experiences rather than just site seeing, e.g. dinner/shows, visit to olive farm. Excellent hotels.
