All facilities were of a high standard and very comfortable.
Locations visited were spectacular, coach was exceptionally clean, hotels were of a high standard. Only suggestion would be that it should be mandatory for every coach to be fitted with a defibrillator... we had a mishap with a fellow traveller which could have had a nasty outcome if she was in fact having a heart attack.
The trip was excellent- accommodation and meals provided of high standard. Tour director and bus driver could not have done any more to make us feel comfortable and safe.

The itinerary, coach and hotels were all well suited to our needs. Our luggage was always taken care of and there was always plenty of choice with the morning breakfast to ensure we were ready for the day ahead. It was hard to find time to do washing so I would recommend travelling with clothing that can be easily had washed and air dried.
Our Tour Director Lori was extremely organised and knew all about the places we visited to give us useful information and even lots of Canadian history. In the event of the bad weather we experienced, she always kept us informed of what was going on and what our options were. Our Coach driver Richard was awesome. He was a great driver and a professional host to his coach ensuring we were well looked after at each stop and during our travels. I would highly recommend a Trafalgar tour of the Canadian Rockies. The itinerary saw us travel to the most beautiful towns with wonderful scenery along the way. They even made unscheduled stops when there were potential wildlife viewings of bears and moose and other animals. Adding a few optional extra experiences to the tour, we have come home with some wonderful memories.
