When signing up to impact platform, you will be asked to connect your social media properties. When doing so, it may give you an error message. Please note that it is not required to connect social media accounts to participate in the program. To bypass this step, please proceed to select the "Offline" option instead, and fill in the blanks with "NA" and in the 'Reach" section, please add a number of your preference. What is the Trafalgar Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate program allows those who love travel to earn commission on the successful bookings of travelers they’ve referred to Trafalgar. When a referred customer visits our site and books a trip, we pay you a commission on the sale. Beyond this, affiliates will also enjoy unique collaboration opportunities, creator and incentive trips & and many more perks and rewards.

What’s the difference between Affiliates and Reps?

Affiliates are mostly entities comprised of multiple individuals that promote products or services at scale. They earn commission generated through their marketing  efforts such as paid advertising, email marketing, coupon websites and so on.
 
Trafalgar Reps are mostly individuals that collaborate and promote brands through their social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, websites & personal blogs. A unique link or promo code will be provided in order for the individual to earn commission on their generated sales.

How are my sales tracked?

Your Affiliate links contain a tracking code that monitors all sales generated from your unique link. These links can be posted on any of your online promotional channels to drive sales.

How do I travel for free?

As you start to promote Trafalgar and your network books more and more trips, you'll qualify for a discount or even FREE travel on any Travel Corporation trip of your choice. Join our other Travel Corporation brands to offer Tours for Any and Everyone, to earn your travel rewards even faster. Discounted travel can be redeemed once in a calendar year and is subject to availability.

What is your cookie policy?

30 days. If a visitor comes to our websites from your website or social channels but does not book a trip, you can still earn commission on sales from that traveler if they return and make a purchase within 30 days. This works even if they navigate directly to the website on a return visit - as long as they haven't deleted their cookies.

Do I earn commission if someone clicks on a specific trip on my site but then buys a different trip?

Absolutely, plus with our cross tracking capability you will earn commissions on any Travel Corporation brand affiliate program you are a member of, even when a traveler enters on one website and crosses to another site.

Your payouts will come through 20 days after the end of the month in which your sales lock on Impact.

The software we use is primarily able to track purchases online through your affiliate link. On a case-by-case basis, we may offer a promo code that is trackable on over-the-phone bookings. Don’t forget that, after purchasing their trip, any traveler within your network is more than welcome to reach out to our Contact center to ask any questions they may have.

Participation in the TTC Tour Brands Affiliate Program is subject to approval, and commissions are earned based on a tiered structure. Affiliates receive commissions for Qualified Purchases tracked via personalized links, with some products such as airfare and pre/post nights being non-commissionable. Commission tiers range from 5% to 10% depending on the number of travelers booked annually. Additionally, eligible affiliates may receive discounted trips once per year, with discounts applying only to tour costs.
Affiliates must comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines, ensuring transparency about compensation and promotional activities. They are prohibited from making deceptive claims, engaging in misleading advertising, or using TTC Tour Brands trademarks in unauthorized ways. TTC Tour Brands reserves the right to withhold commissions or terminate participation if fraudulent or non-compliant activities are detected. All commissions are subject to review, and disputes must be filed within 45 days of the transaction.
Participation in TTC Tour Brands -sponsored Affiliate Trips is subject to availability, and affiliates are responsible for their own transportation, visa requirements, and additional expenses. TTC Tour Brands may modify commission structures, program terms, and policies at any time. By joining the program, affiliates consent to receiving marketing communications, which they can opt out of at any time. Disputes are subject to arbitration under California law.
