Young Travellers are limited to one discount per room (two for Family Experiences) when accompanying an adult. Young Travellers must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and discount is not available on our Israel, Jordan, and Egypt trips on cruises. Triple rooms are suitable for two adults and one child (three adults may find rooms to small as they often have one trip and one foldaway bed and limited suitcase space). Triple rooms are limited on cruises and not available on all trips. Quad rooms are available on our Family Experience holidays and are suitable for two adults and two children (both aged 17 or younger). Shared Rooming will accommodated in non-smoking twin rooms and is not applicable on our train holidays, London, Paris, Amsterdam City Explorers, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Greece trips and Family Experiences. Holidays have a limited number of single rooms. Solo travel is not accepted on our Family Experience holidays unless travelling as part of a family group. ^^ Deposit Protection may be credited to the cost of another Trafalgar trip within five (5) calendar years of the cancellation date of the original booking. The credit cannot be used for deposit or insurance, and only one credit per person, as a one-time credit, can be used on a future booking when secured with a new deposit. Credit does not apply if a full refund was received on the cancelled booking; has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. May be withdrawn at any time without notice.

The Travel Corporation (2011) Pte Ltd administers the Gold Seal Protection Program "the GSP Program". This program is available for purchase on River Cruise itineraries for USD $149 per person. Under this program The Travel Corporation (2011) Pte Ltd will provide guests with 100% of the The Travel Corporation (2011) Pte Ltd cancellation penalties in the form of a future cruise credit certificate, should a guest need to cancel their cruise/tour for any reason at time prior to 90 days before scheduled cruise/tour date. Cancellation penalties are reimbursed in the form of a Trafalgar Cruise Certificate allowing guests a two (2) year credit to travel with The Travel Corporation (2011) Pte Ltd at a later date. Please note that to be eligible for the "Gold Seal Protection", guests must enrol and pay for the program at the time the original deposit is paid. The certificate is issued in the event of cancellation and is valid for travel within two years from the date of issue, is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
