The tour was as good as advertised, which sometimes is not the case. Our tour guide, Cat, was marvelous! She was so knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. We felt very lucky that she was able to revise plans on the fly, like when the bathrooms weren't fully functional at a planned stop; she had another great stop for us 10 minutes away that included great coffee, pastries, and ice cream. Cat really enhanced our trip. Also the local guides were really good. And our driver, Robert, was a big plus. It was so nice having him always at the ready with a helping hand and a cheerful smile, even on cold, dark, rainy days.

No technical climbing skills are required but a reasonable level of fitness is required to make the trip more enjoyable. Elevation ranges up to 9,000 feet for Utah’s Mighty Five and up to 11,000 feet for California High Country Adventure.
Everyone reacts differently to altitude and so if you do have any health issues you should check with your doctor that this trip is suitable for you.
