If you're flying into London Gatwick, we recommend the Gatwick Express. This fast rail service connects you to London Victoria Station and tickets can be booked in advance on the Gatwick Express website or on arrival.
Travelling outside your itinerary dates? You can still purchase a transfer, as long as your extra hotel night(s) are booked through Trafalgar.

If your transfer is included, we’ll take care of the rest. If not, and you’re eligible to purchase one, we’ll confirm availability and get everything arranged for you.

Arrival flights should land at least 2 hours before the final scheduled transfer
Departure flights should take off at least 3 hours after the first scheduled transfer arrives at the airport

Terms and conditions

Accepted Answer

To guarantee your transfer, you or your Travel Agent must provide detailed flight information no less than 21 days prior to departure. Once booked, transfers cannot be amended.
Transfer options are only available to and from hotels booked through Trafalgar.
In the event of flight delays occurring outside of Trafalgar’s control, the transfer(s) will be deemed as cancelled.
Trafalgar is not responsible if any unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, strikes or demonstrations) delay or cancel your transfer.
Trafalgar is unable to provide refunds if you miss your transfer, or for passengers who choose not to use their pre-booked transfer.
