“TTC Customer Insight Survey” Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 09:00 AM ET on March 5, 2025 and ends at 23:59 PM ET on March 11, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The draw will take place on March 25, 2025, and winner will be notified by March 28, 2025. The Promotion contains a game of chance ("Sweepstakes").
 
SPONSOR: The “TTC Customer Insight Survey” Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Travel Corporation (“Sponsor”) at 5551 Katella Avenue, Cypress California, 90630.
 
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years of age as of the start of the Promotion Period (“Entrants”). The Promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and prize provider; any promotional companies or advertising agencies participating in the promotion and employees of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries; any persons involved in the creation, development, or implementation of this promotion; and any other persons or entities directly associated with this promotion and any members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate. Entries for the promotion drawing must be received prior to the expiration of the promotion Entry Period. By submitting an entry, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
 
HOW TO ENTER: ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY. During the Promotion Period, complete the survey (entry form) providing all details requested. By entering, the Entrant accepts the sweepstakes’ Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and Sponsor reserves the right to use any information submitted by entrants. Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, or obtained through theft or fraud. No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries are permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or Sponsor), telephonic failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. For online entries, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry will be considered the entrant. An "authorized account holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry. Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s). Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or the authorized account holder of an email address shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the sweepstakes. 
 
ODDS: Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible entries received.
 
PRIZE/VALUE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded to the Entrant who is select from all eligible entries.
The Grand Prize is a travel credit of US$ 3,000 (three thousand dollars). Prize must be used toward a new booking with any Trafalgar tour, and it applies to the land-only portion of the trip. The Prize must be booked before December 15, 2025, and travel must be completed before December 31, 2025.
The prize is not transferable or assignable, or redeemable for cash or any other consideration, and no substitutions will be allowed. Winner will be responsible for paying any price difference beyond amount covered by travel credits awarded.
The Prize winner is responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation (e.g., passports), travel insurance, meals not included in selected trip itinerary, ground transportation and all other costs, expenses and taxes that are not specifically included above. Promotion Sponsor is not responsible if winner is denied entrance into any country for any reason. Once confirmed, changes to the booking will follow regular The Travel Corporation booking conditions and penalties may incur.
The Prize does not include Optional Experiences, or any unscheduled meals. The Prize winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes. The vacation must be booked directly with Trafalgar and is subject to Trafalgar booking conditions. Trip and travel expenses and insurance are not included. Prize winner must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) in order to travel. Prize winner must get any required inoculations and/or required medical forms completed to clear them for travel (medical forms provided by prize provider prior to travel, if necessary). All expenses not specifically and expressly provided herein are the responsibility of the Prize winner, including, without limitation, airfare, taxes, and incidental charges. The prizes will be awarded, and winners will be notified by March 21, 2025 using the contact information provided on the entry, and the Prize winner will have ten (10) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. Each Entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. If prize notifications are returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner selected from all eligible entries received.
 
COVID-19: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Trafalgar may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID tests, with the situation changing rapidly please refer to www.trafalgar.com/faqs for current requirements. COVID-19 requirements vary from country to country and region to region and you may be required to be fully vaccinated and provide evidence of vaccination. Evidence of negative COVID tests may also be required. Airlines and other transport providers may also have separate requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply at all times with these requirements. No refunds will be given if you are unable to undertake some or all of your vacation due to your failure to comply with these requirements. You will be responsible for any resulting additional costs including travel and accommodation. We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitizers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practices throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instructions whether physical signage, or requests from our professional staff, once you are holidaying with us. To travel with Trafalgar, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Full details of hygiene protocols can be found on our website.
 
FORCE MAJEURE: Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance beyond the control of Trafalgar, including but not limited to: (a) an act of god (such as earthquake, flood, fire, explosion, landslide, lightning, action of the elements, force of nature, washout, typhoon, hurricane, cyclone, tsunami, storm or storm warning or natural disaster); (b) industrial disputes, work ban or other labour dispute or difficulty; (c) acts of terrorism, political unrest, war or threat of war, riots or civil strife; (d) failure or delays to scheduled transportation and the closure of airports or ports; (e) pandemic, epidemic or health risk; (f) governmental and administrative actions (including closure of borders and travel warnings and restrictions).
 
CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this promotion and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. Each entrant acknowledges that the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use found on the Trafalgar websites are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to the submission of entries pursuant to these Official Rules. By participating in this promotion, each entrant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of the entrant’s personal information and acknowledges that entrant has read and accepted the above-referenced Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Trafalgar is in no way liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries, or acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor and its agents shall have no liability or responsibility for injuries, damages or liabilities caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or the use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion and award the prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries due to system errors or failures or otherwise, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, bugs and/or problems; (b) technical failures of any kinds; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (e) technical or human error that may occur or be encountered by Entrants in the entry process, or by the Promotion Entities in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor may disqualify or prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or receiving any prize if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor determines or suspects that such Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unsafe or unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs, or creating aliases to register more than once) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor’s representatives. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other similar or dissimilar causes beyond the sole and reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper, safe and fair conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right, exercisable at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any part of the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTIONMAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE UNRESTRICTED RIGHT, EXERCISABLE AT ANY TIME IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION, AND WITHOUT WAIVER OF OR LIMITATION ON ANY OF SPONSOR’S OTHER AVAILABLE LEGAL AND/OR EQUITABLE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
 
LIABILITY RELEASE: As a condition of entering, each Entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) as follows: (a) to release the Promotion Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Promotional Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any traveling related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
 
PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE: YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO SPONSOR BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS OR HER FIRST NAME, LAST INITIAL AND HOMETOWN MAY BE ANNOUNCED ONLINE. ENTRANT FURTHER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE ENTRANT HAS OPTED-IN TO TRAFALGAR PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT TRAFALGAR.COM/PRIVACY-POLICY. EACH ENTRANT FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IF S/HE IS CHOSEN AS AN ACTUAL PRIZE WINNER, CERTAIN OF HIS/HER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES (AT LEAST AS REQUIRED BY LAW), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ON AN ONLINE PAGE LISTING PRIZE WINNER(S).
 
CHOICE OF LAW: By entering, Entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants consent to the sole jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Orange County, California.
 
SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
 
RULES/PRIZE WINNER: To obtain a copy of the winners’ list for the Promotion, send a mailed letter addressed to “TTC Customer Insight Survey” to 5551 Katella Ave. Cypress, CA 90630. All such requests must be received no later than April 04, 2025. These Official Rules will be posted on the Website.
