An airport transfer is a transport service that takes you between the airport and your Trafalgar tour hotel. It’s all about starting and ending your holiday with ease, no navigating local taxis or figuring out directions after a long flight.

If included with your tour, you'll be met by a friendly local representative and taken straight to your hotel. It’s just one of the many ways we make travel effortless, from the moment you arrive.

Question 17

How do I book an airport transfer?

Accepted Answer

It’s easy, just contact your travel agent or reach out to our team with your flight details at least 21 days before your tour begins. You can get in touch via the contact form on our website, or by calling the number listed in your booking confirmation.

If your transfer is included, we’ll take care of the rest. If not, and you’re eligible to purchase one, we’ll confirm availability and get everything arranged for you.

Question 18

How much are airport transfers?

Accepted Answer

On many tours, airport transfers are complimentary on the first and last days of your itinerary.

If a transfer isn’t included, you may be able to purchase one for an additional cost. Prices vary depending on your destination, travel dates and whether you’re booking a private or shared service.

The best way to find out what’s available, and what it costs, is to check at the time of booking or speak to your travel agent.

Question 19

What time should I book my flights?

Accepted Answer

To make the most of your complimentary transfers, we recommend:

Arrival flights should land at least 2 hours before the final scheduled transfer

These timings help ensure a smooth connection between your flight and our transfer service. For the most up-to-date details, check your guest documents or speak with your travel agent before booking your flights.

Accepted Answer

You’ll find the transfer times listed on the first and last days of the itinerary on your tour’s trip page.
