Tetons near Jackson hole were awesome. The town itself was very very commercialized and unappealing. Restaurants too expensive. Yellowstone was Ok but few sites visited were standard fair and nothing one would want to see again. Canadian Rockies were the star of the trip. Awesome to behold. Calgary was disappointing. Typical large city with little near our hotel to see or do. Should research more things to see and do. Also should have taxi transfers to airport for those who need to fly out later than coach can drop they off.
Iconic National Parks American & Canadia Rockies were wonderful!

The Itinerary covered a wide spectrum of sites and events, including such well known sites as Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Glacier but also including many "off the beaten path" sites such as Smoke Jumpers Training Center (extremely interesting and informational), the Colter Bay Visitor's Center, and huge Faarmers Market in Whitefish and Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump. Yellowstone & Banff were simply awesome!
We saw and did so much during the Tour. We stopped at and toured many "out of the way" places, such as the Smoke Jumpers Training Facility in Misoula, MT, which was so very interesting. ************ our tour guide was excellent, pointing our little known facts and information at each site and as the bus was traveling. My two favorite sites were Yellowstone (been there once before on a Trafalgar Tour) and Banff. Our days started prompty at 8:00 when the bus departed and most nights we did not get back to our rooms much before 9:00 pm Very full and interesting days!
Note: For optional scenic float trip on Day 2, participation is at your own risk and a signed liability waiver will be required.

No technical climbing skills are required but a reasonable level of fitness is required to make the trip more enjoyable. Everyone reacts differently to altitude and so if you do have any health issues you should check with your doctor that this trip is suitable for you.
